Ready to create 3-in-1 cards?
There’s something undeniably special about a handwritten thank you card. In our fast-paced digital world, a physical card takes time and effort, making it a heartfelt way to show appreciation. But let’s be honest, fitting in crafting time can be tough sometimes. This is where the beauty of a clever design comes in handy.
Today, we’ll explore a 3-in-1 card design that utilizes the stunning Mediterranean Blooms Designer Series Paper (“DSP”) from Stampin’ Up! This project is perfect for beginner crafters because it requires minimal supplies and offers a chance to experiment with patterned paper. For seasoned crafters, it’s a fantastic way to whip up a batch of thank you cards in a short amount of time (which we all can appreciate, right?)
I truly love the ease of this card design. So when I needed 3 retirement cards I immediately thought of this design.
I couldn’t resist continuing to use the gorgeous Mediterranean Blooms papers. The vibe they exude felt perfect for retirement cards. This time I used some die-cut words instead of stamping. I also incorporated some embossed panels (I used the Cane Weave 3-D Embossing Folder.) Between the rich colors and patterns and the depth and dimension created with the layered die-cuts and the embossed panels, there really wasn’t a need to add any embellishments. You could. But it’s not really necessary.
The next time you are in need of some handmade cards and you’re in a hurry or you are limited in supplies, give the 3-in-1 cards design a try.
