Another card made using this month’s stamp of the month–Happy Valentine’s. Pretty simple. The only real time intensive portion was on the cracked glass technique on the rose.
The cracked glass technique is really quite simple if you are familiar with heat embossing. At its core, it’s simply creating layers of clear embossing on an image. Once you’ve done several layers and have a nice thickness, place in the freezer for a few minutes to cool off. Then after you take it out, bend it gently and the layers will crack. This is not an exact science so you can bend and crack your piece as much or as little as you like.
