When I sat down to create a card for my monthly Stamp Club using this month’s Stamp of the Month—A Happy Hello, this card from CTMH’s Cricut Artfully Sent seemed perfect.
Step 1 was to stamp the sentiment “A happy hello” in second generation Desert Sand ink to cover the entire front of the card. Next I had them back the inside of the card with a piece of Kraft Cardstock–that way the color would show through the cut out. I saved the cutout leaves and had them color them using our *NEW* Vivid Green Shin Han Alcohol Marker and attach them with our Micro Glue Dots (LOVE these!)
Now for some stamping and fussy cutting! I had them stamp their choice of a variety of the floral images from the set in:
- Indian Corn Blue ink (Z2130)
- Smoothie ink (Z2196)
- Flaxen ink (Z2642)
- Glacier ink (Z2641)
After cutting the images out, they chose how to layer them and then we finished them off by adding our Green & Blue Epoxy Bubbles to the center of the flowers.
