Today I have a turtley awesome card to share with you . It was created with Close To My Heart’s *NEW* Turtley Awesome Stamp + Thin Cuts (you can also get the stamp set by itself without dies.)
How adorable are these little turtles? So cute, right? I wanted to keep my card pretty simple so that the darling turtle could really shine. And I think I achieved that.
The only touch of color, other than the turtle, is a splash of one of the patterns from the *NEW* Cosette Paper Collection. This collection has a very soft, romantic, and vintage feel to it.
In order to add visual interest without a lot of extra patterned paper, I used our awesome Slimline Stitched Card Front & Background Thin Cuts set. Even though I wasn’t creating a slimline card, I still used the background die to add texture to my circle focal point. It’s a subtle way to add a little something extra to your project. And a great way to combine products for a fun effect!
I have no doubt I’ll be creating many more projects with this darling stamp set. It is easy to see that any card you create with it will definitely be a turtley awesome card!
