April Stamp of the Month: My Sunshine

New month equals new Stamp of the Month with Close To My Heart.  I am loving the *NEW* My Sunshine stamp set for sure! How great are these images?!?

Here is the first project I created using this stamp set.

I love how the wing is a separate image so you can stamp it in a different color (and pattern!)  Plus, it’s so awesome to be able to cut both images out with the Cricut Artiste!

And since the Later Sk8r Collection has that paint splotchy look to it, I decided to pull out my Spray Pen and Create-a-Shade Pearl Paint and add a little of that look to my Slate cardstock.

I wanted to add a bit more texture to the card so I added in a scallop border (cut with the Cricut Artiste cartridge), used the *NEW* Slate Polka-Dot Washi Tape and finished it off with 2 *NEW* Blue Epoxy Bubbles (could have also used green ones as they come in the pack, too!)
