Using CTMH’s January Stamp of the Month—This Moment and the Heartstrings Paper Collection, my Stamp Club made this beautiful Valentine’s Day card. It incorporates random stamping, masking as well as using the Quilling Tool to roll the 3-D flower (also cut from the Artiste.)
