Technique Time! Want to learn a fun (and easy!) new technique?  Well here’s a simple one sure to please. Step 1: Select Dimensional Element of choice and place beneath a sheet of our white-core CS. Step 2: Lightly sand CS to expose impression of Dimensional Element.
