Yes, you read that right! Close To My Heart’s November Stamp of the Month is geared toward preparing for the New Year–2016!
While the stamp set definitely is designed for using in celebration of the new year, you can utilize it in other ways, too. It’d be great for layouts (nice little journaling lines!) or for party celebrations (look at the darling pennant banner.)
With my card, I tried to keep it a little more neutral so it could have a few different uses. Inside I created a little pocket with a card that has the journaling lines stamped on it. You could also move the pocket a little lower in the card and use it to insert a gift card!
This is one of the projects that my Stamp Club will be making this month. We’ll be trying out the Shaving Cream Technique as well as using a few *NEW* products–the Thumb Notch Punch (quite handy!) and the Confetti Stars Embossing Folder (looks amazing sanded with our Sanding Block on the Black Cardstock!)
