Today’s Fishy Greetings Card is a great example that you can use elements from our Slimline Celebration to create standard A2 sized (4-1/4″ x 5-1/2″) cards as well. This is another swap card that I received. It was created by Linda Black.
The Slimline Celebration will be ending at the end of the month. The stamps and dies from this special really are so fun to create with. If you missed it, I shared a blog post last month that showed some card samples as well as a fun technique you can use with this Fishy Greetings Set.
Here is a list of supplies used to create today’s card:
- Fishy Greetings Stamp + Thin Cuts (CC9217)
- Intense Black Stamp Pad (Z4189)
- White Daisy Cardstock (1385)
- Ocean Gloss Spray (Z3822)
- White Gloss Spray (Z5010)
- Gilt Gloss Spray (Z5009) (on backorder)
- Circle Cluster Thin Cuts (CC9218)
- Bitty Sparkles (Z1263)
- TriBlend Markers
- Thin 3-D Foam Dots (Z3341)
How cute is the seahorse holding the sign? I love that little touch of the hands holding the sign. You’ll find that small detail in not only the Fishy Greetings Set but also the Mini Garden Gnomes and the Thoughtful Critters Set, too.
Be sure to grab your favorites from the Slimline Celebration before the month is over. With the great assortment of stamp sets and stand-alone cluster dies, you have so many creative options with this special. Not only could you make your own Fishy Greeting Card, but you could make an adorable gnome or critter card, too!
