Miracle of Christmas Rudolph Card

It’s getting to be that exciting, fast-paced time of year!   Halloween is right around the corner, then before we know it Thanksgiving will be here and then Christmas will have come and gone in a blink of an eye!

It’s hard to believe that it’s less than 2 weeks until my annual Holiday Extravaganza Event (always a favorite–we sold out weeks before the RSVP deadline this year!)  But even more unimaginable is that it’s time for my annual 12 Weeks of Christmas campaign.

SunnyDay Memories 12 Weeks of Christmas

That’s right, it’s time for the 12 Weeks of Christmas!  On Wednesday, I’ll be starting my annual 12 Weeks of Christmas campaign as a free gift for my mailing list subscribers.  Each week, subscribers will receive an e-mail containing a project idea for a holiday card, gift, tag or wrapping, along with the steps necessary to assemble it!  A free mini tutorial if you will.

This is only for my mailing list subscribers!  If you aren’t on my mailing list yet, you have less than 48 hours to get on it!

So how about this cute little Rudolph card?  He’s a cutie isn’t he?  He comes from the Miracle of Christmas Stamp Set.

Miracle of Christmas Stamp Set

This stamp set is perfect for a little crafting therapy.  Pull out your ShinHan Markers or even your Watercolor Pencils and start coloring away.

The paper is from La Vie En Rose Paper Packet. It’s a beautiful collection of papers, but most likely you wouldn’t think to use it for Christmas, right?

To tie it all together, I used the ShinHan Carmine Marker and added little dots on the B&T (background & texture–i.e. patterned paper).  I even used this marker to color my Clear Sparkles since I didn’t have any red gems on hand to finish off my card.  The color isn’t as vibrant but it’s still a great trick to use the ShinHan Markers to create your own custom colored embellishments when in a pinch!

Remember, you have less than 48 hours to get on my mailing list and get my FREE 12 Weeks of Christmas.  The first e-mail goes out on Wednesday at 1:00 p.m.
