This holiday season let’s make a difference together! As you may or may not know, Close To My Heart teamed up with Operation Smile several years ago. A portion of every stamp set sold goes to this worthy charity, plus you can always round up your CTMH purchase total and donate the change to Operation Smile.
For the month of November, all donations made to Operation Smile via Close To My Heart will support relief efforts for typhoon survivors in the Philippines. However, it’s always important to support this worthwhile charitable partner–we are committed to providing children around the world with life-changing surgeries to correct facial deformities, each starting at just $240 (doesn’t that seem so low in cost to completely change someone’s life?!? Amazing!) And, it’s important to note that 100% of the donations contributed go directly to providing medical care; not one penny is spent on administrative costs.
And now, making a donation to Operation Smile is even easier! Operation Smile recently launched a branded website for Close To My Heart. The address is www.operationsmile.org/closetomyheart, and you can use it regardless of the country you live in. Donations are accepted via major credit card and will be transacted in US dollars.
