On the 10th Day of Christmas…

My true love gave to me…an Edge Distresser!  Before this handy dandy tool, I used to use the blade of my micro-tip scissors for distressing the edges of my papers.  While I still sometimes resort back to this old method, it is so much safer to use one of the 8 blades on this tool!  Plus, it keeps my scissors nice and sharp for actually cutting my paper.  Go figure 😉
Here is a Bag Topper that we are making in my annual Boxes, Bags and Tags Class.
I like exposing the white core of our cardstock especially with winter type projects.  It just seems appropriate somehow.
Here it is on an actual standard size gift bag.  An easy “no peeking” mechanism! 🙂  Plus, it can be used again and again since it simply slides on and off.
I used Tulip and White Daisy Cardstock along with our Jingle Creative Basics Paper; with our adorable and elegant stamp set Heartfelt Christmas.  And it wouldn’t be right without a splash of Prisma Glitter adhered along the tree garland with Liquid Glass.  Truly stunning in person.  I guess you’ll just have to trust me on that one!
