Leprechaun Cups

We’re closing in on St. Patrick’s Day!  Here are a couple of quick and easy (and cute!) projects you can try out yourself.

I made these cute (and simple!) cups.  All you need are some green paper cups, Black Shimmer Trim, Gold Glitter Paper and 3-D Foam Tape.

I carefully wrapped the Black Shimmer Trim around the cups (it’ll want to buckle a little which is why you want to go slowly.)  Then I cut a 3/8″ piece of it to be the center of the buckle.  I removed the backing from it and centered it on a 3/4″ square from the Gold Glitter Paper.  The complete “buckle” is adhered with 3-D Foam Tape to give it more dimension.  Easy, right?!

Next I created some darling Hershey Kiss Shamrocks.   Our Paper Fundamentals were perfect for creating these because it showcases both the glossy embossed pattern and the matte finish pattern.

I finished the first one off with a bow using the Fern Thick Twine.  For the next two, I decided I really liked how the touch of gold from the Treasured Puffies looked so I popped them up using some 3-D Foam Tape.

Super cute and super simple projects just perfect for St. Patrick’s Day.Don’t miss my other St. Patrick’s Day posts:
