Since Mother’s Day is coming up, I decided to do another FREE card pattern for this week’s Make It Monday. This pattern is from our now retired Originals Card Pattern Book and is called Winning Combination. As I’ve done in the past, I altered it a tiny bit so that my stamped image would fit properly. Always feel free to alter to your needs!

Two days ago I shared Close To My Heart’s announcement that they were going to host an all-day FREE Virtual Craft Day to celebrate National Scrapbooking Day. Since 1994, National Scrapbooking Day has always been the first Saturday in May–making it May 2nd this year. Things are changing rapidly these days. The world we once knew is definitely not the same. From day to day, things are changing so much. Friday my kids’ school was shut down for 3 weeks (and likely longer) and now today they announced starting at midnight we’re ordered to shelter in place, only leaving our homes for essentials like food or medical needs.
