Today’s inspiration is all about preparing for Easter. This morning my daughter asked me if we would be doing anything for Easter since we didn’t really do much for St. Patrick’s Day. (I generally try to decorate our home, even if it’s only a tiny amount, as well as to do or make something a little extra special for that particular holiday to make it more memorable.) Things have been pretty busy here this week preparing for my Annual Holiday Extravaganza Class & All-day Crop. Add in the stress of wondering if our city & neighborhood would be one that would be impacted by PG&E’s Power Shutoff and it feels as though I’m scrambling to get things done (& hope they don’t become undone–like food purchased for Saturday’s event going bad if the power is shut off!)

This past Saturday my daughter had the opportunity to attend a Red Carpet Event with her Girl Scout troop along with 17 other troops. Each troop created their own movie and this event was the premier showing of those movies (luckily they could each only be 3-5 minutes otherwise with 18 movies to watch it would be quite the marathon!)
