Teeny Tiny Tasty Nugget Purse

Since I haven’t played along in awhile with Project Tuesday, I thought I’d give it a whirl this week.  Here is the adorable project they challenged us with:
 
 
 
Cute, right?
 
 
Those yummy Hershey Nuggets fit snuggly inside one of these purses.
 
Want to know how to make one?  Of course you do!
 
 

Step 1:

Cut your B&T paper to 1-3/8″ x 4-1/2″  and  then score at 3/4″, 1″, 2-1/4″ and 3-1/4″.
 

Step 2:

Fold score lines and then place strong tape adhesive between the 3/4″ and 1″ score lines. Secure 4-1/4″ of desired ribbon with the ends on the inside of paper.  It’ll make a nice little handle.
 

Step 3:

Cut either matching or coordinating B&T paper to 1-1/4″ x 3″.  Wrap around Hershey Nugget with ends meeting at bottom of Nugget.
 

Step 4:

Use a brad to secure the purse closed.  You can add additional details like a flower or scalloped edges like I did if you like.
 

Step 5:

Finish by sliding Nugget into purse.  (note: works best if you slide it in sidewards and then rotate once in the purse)
