Vinyl Chalkboard Sheets Perfect for a Chore Chart

When I received my box of “top secret” *NEW* Autumn/Winter CTMH products to teach with at Convention this year, I  was -of course- over the moon with the *NEW* Cricut Artiste cartridge.  But there were also many other great finds, too.  One of them being the *NEW* 12″ x 12″ Chalkboard Sheet.

I had been wanting to create a chore-chart for my 5-year-old twins (soon-to-be 6!)  This seemed like the perfect opportunity.  Now to ground myself and figure out the best way to approach it.  I knew using the Chalkboard Sheet would definitely come in handy!  Ironically, just about this time, a friend of mine came to me asking about creating a chore chart for her son as well.  It must be the right age to be thinking chore chart!

I used a few new products supplied to me…

The Chalkboard Sheet cut beautifully with the Cricut.  And the fact that they are adhesive-backed, makes it even better!  I used the Chalk Marker (which does erase if you give it some good elbow grease–it won’t easily smudge or erase so no worries there!)  But you could also use regular chalk on these sheets, too!
